HOW CAN WE HELP?

Encouraging marketplace people:

A few years ago Mike asked God “Who do you say I am?” God answered, “I’ve made you to be a guide.” That was a turning point in both Mike and Robbie’s life. They started a consulting business (Frank consulting) focused on providing “frank” advice to primarily Christian marketplace leaders and organizations.

Mike has always been a student of high performing individuals and companies. He loves to discover why some succeed and others don’t. From those learnings he shares with others the formulas for success. This sharing can happen in many ways. Sometimes he provides executive coaching to a leader. Other times he becomes a consultant to the business or an advisor as a board member.

Recently Mike and Robbie have taken this passion and started sharing by speaking to Christian/faith based entities and combining their love for Jesus and His kingdom with the marketplace success message and brought vision, encouragement and empowerment to marketplace leaders and “Kings”.

Israel:

Mike and Robbie are also very interested in helping Israel businesses grow by using some of the same tools. They have led teams of American marketplace people to Israel and provided the same vision and encouragement to them. Their hope is to share their message and passion with marketplace “ministers” around the globe.

Writing:

Mike and Robbie have also started writing about their experiences and revelations along their journey and hope to publish a book in the future.

Being a father and mother:
The final part of their current stage in this lifelong journey has to do with being a father and mother to young people who didn’t have the opportunity to be raised in an environment where their earthly mom or dad were present or healthy and don’t have a clear picture of how the heavenly father loves them. It’s Mike and Robbie’s desire to see these younger adults walk in the fullness of the Father’s love.

Mike and Robbie are also “investors”. Not in a financial sense of investing money but investing in people. God has opened the door in several areas to share their time and talents; including volunteering/teaching weekly at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission (drug and alcohol rehab), Habitat for Humanity (Board Member), Life Network, crisis pregnancy center (Board Member), and Extreme Youth Community (Board Member).

It’s all part of a strategy that God has shown them…to move beyond their own success to a life of significance. Giving away what they have to others.
