Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship all Aussie orders via Australia Post with tracking.

• Standard Shipping: $7.95
  (2–8+ business days)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

Tracked International Shipping (6–27 business days):

• $20 AUD flat rate

Free international shipping on orders over:

• $150 AUD for most countries

• Some remote zones may require a higher threshold

Additional Info

• All parcels come with tracking details sent via email

• We’re not responsible for customs fees or international delays

• If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@letusbefrank.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the issue.
